Venus Moves to Sagittarius, Saturn Retrograde -Time to Hold on

Venus transit to Sagittarius means a lot for everyone. Venus signifies mundane (Worldly) needs such as beauty, love, sex, art, music, movies, fashion luxury, comforts, diamond, expensive cars, and money. Saturn Retrograde (Jan 26th to 13th June 2011)

Lord Saturn in Indian mythology is considered the planet of suffering, struggle, delays, obstacles, obstructions impediments and problems and justice. He is the planet that takes your class and carefully examines your intentions and actions so that he can deliver perfect justice to you. Saturn is a hard-nosed; no-nonsense disciplinarian himself. He teaches us about responsibility and claiming our authority in the world, a class many of us would rather skip. Needless to say, this kind of discipline and skill is very useful later, even though the cycle itself is rough to get through.

Therefore, his turning retrograde (ulti chaal) is probably the least pleasant influence around, sab kuch ulta pulta ho jata hai. His friend Rahu closely works with him and that’s what brings sudden down fall in the lives of those who indulge in sinful actions/deeds. He tends to bring a lot of depression to the person being tested. He/she would face losses, delay or denials in new projects and health problems. It can also affect peace of mind and make a person emotionally unstable.

Saturn is associated with iron and steel (including engineering, basic service & labor, poverty, suffering, difficulties), indicates these may get affected the most and there might be conflicts, agitations, mass movements and lots of resentment around the world till June 2011. During its backward movement there may be slow down in the normal rate of activities. Things will change but slowly so that better methods and strategies can be developed.
