2011 will be the year of drastic changes

 2011 will be the year of 4 (2+0+1+1=4) number which is ruled by snake Plant Rahu that represents “Drastic Changes”. When we look back at the last 10 years we can say it was a decade of political stability. However, the 2nd decade of 21 century begins with number four and which indicates many surprises and drastic changes. Rahu a hidden planet, indicates the unfolding of unexpected and sudden events in our lives. In the last 100 years number 4 has been repeated 10 times and you will be surprised to observe the incidents you would find that they were biggest negative occurring till that period. For example 1912 (Titanic tragedy), 1921 Riots in Bombay (The Prince of Wales and King Edward VIII visit India-, Non Cooperation Movement & Khilafat Movement was launched) 1930 Global Economic Depression (INC declares 26 January as Independence Day, or Poorna Swaraj, civil disobedience movement, salt march, ), 1939 (World War II begins)1948 (Mahatma Gandhi’s assassination), 1957 (Communists win elections in Kerala/Setback for Congress in in local elections in Mahrashtra as well ) 1966 (Pdt. Lal Bahadur Shashtri dies mysteriously), 1975 (Emergency imposed in India), 1984 (Mrs Gandhi’s assassination, Riots), 1993 (Mumbai blasts and riots), 2002 (Godhra Train Incident, Gujarat riots) and now we are in 2011 few days from now. 

 Going by the above mention chain of untoward events in the years that add to number 4, we can expect several drastic events and and changes this year and in future in 2020, 2029,2038,2047 etc which will also be ruled by number 4. We need to be careful as there may be unfolding of big troubles.

Hence, as I said earlier too, India will have to be very careful during this period. India is currently passing through Sun-Rahu period (Sept 2010-Oct 2011), which may result in troublesome situations like external aggression or there could be serious internal disturbances, riots, mass agitations, violence, separation, cheating, and frauds especially till November 2011. Rahu will transit to Scorpio (7th house in India’s Birth Chart) in June  2011 and will stay till Dec 24, 2012, indicates drastic changes, mass revolts and political instability. Stock Markets can fall and remain static and volatile through out 2011.

India needs to take this period very seriously and be very careful in whatever we do and whatever we (Politicians/Media and Religious leaders) say.

The logic is very simple – if you look at India’s past experiences from Jyotish perspective; you will find a very close correlation between corresponding astrological patterns and disturbing events occurring period after period over the last six decades.

Rahu Connection
India was born at a time (00.00am on15.8.47) when Rahu, the most dreaded planet was transiting in Taurus, India’s ascendant sign forming dangerous “Kaal Sarap dosha”. This indicates most troublesome periods indicating wide spread violence, bloodshed and separation. For 18 months during 1947-48 Rahu was transiting in India’s 1st house. More than one million people were believed to have been murdered by violence following India-Pakistan partition. We also lost our beloved Father of Nation, Mahtma Gandhi on 30 Jan 1948. Therefore, our very foundation has something to do with blood & massacre that resulted in never ending conflict of interest with Pakistan. The most violent conflicts took place during Rahu-Sun sub periods in 1947-48, 1965, 1971 and 1999.

Rahu stays for 18 months in a astrological sign and returns after 18 years to the same sign. He retuned to India’s 1st house (astrological birth sign) in 1965 India fought second war against Pakistan and our then Prime Minister Pdt. Lal Bahadur Shastriji mysteriously died in Tashkand, Russia

The third time around when Rahu returned to Taurus (India’s 1st house) was in 1983-84 – There we experienced tensions in Punjab due to demand for separate Khalistan following which our then Prime Minister late Mrs Indira Gandhi was assassinated on October 31, 1984. As India was trying to recover from the sorrows, India’s misfortune did not end here and on December 3, 1984 Bhopal Gas Industrial disaster occurred resulting in more than (estimated) 15000 deaths.

The same astrological pattern reappeared with Rahu entering for the fourth time in Taurus sign (India’s astrological birth sign) on 27 February 2002, the day when ill-fated S-6 coach of the Sabarmati Express was put to fire at Godhra following which Gujarat was put to flames by communal riots.

Come 2020 He will come back to India’s 1st house for the fifth time. We need to carefully watch out as it could be very dangerous for the nation.

Rahu Sub Periods
1960-1963- Mahrashtra and Gujarat separated and India fought a war against China
April 1965 – Oct 1965 – India- Pakistan second war
1975-77 – Emergency in India (25th June 1975–21st March 1977) – which was the most controversial periods in modern Indian history
1996-1999- Coimbatore bombings (Feb. 14, 1998) 46 deaths, 200 wounded as a result of 13 bomb attacks in 11 places. Kargil war against Pakistan

Sun Connection
Sun is the most important planet in Astrology. In India’s birth chart He is the lord of fourth house that signifies public (masses) and their well- being. It’s the house of Aam Janta, Aam Adami’s well-being, comfort, happiness, emotions and peace. At time of India’s birth Sun was placed in Cancer sign along with Moon, Venus, Mercury and Saturn. The placement of these 5 important planets in the 3rd house or 12th house from the 4th house is not beneficial for India. It indicates India as well as its masses will keep suffering heavily due to growing political hypocrisy.

1971-72 – third war with Pakistan broke out from Dec 3, to 16, 1971

Sun Mahadasha – (Sept 2009-Sept 2015)
The position of Sun in India’s birth chart is weak. As a result the initial phase of Sun Maha Period we are witnessing a period of growing political hypocrisy, scams, cheating and degrading moral values and ethics. This may be a period of external aggression, revolts, mass agitations and drastic changes. Post 2012 things will improve and India will do well over with fewer problems in between.

    Not possible to pin point the exact or likely events unless the specific question is asked. Some of the things that have happened so far in 2011 include Floods in Brazil, Australia, Shri Lanka, Earthquake in Pak and there have been so many events of small magnitude...and we still have the full year left.     The drastic changes so far in 2011... revolution is Egypt and other countries like Lebia..Communists and left lost power in West Bangal after 34 years, DMK losses to JaiLalitha....Unfortunate tragedies (Earthquake) unfold for Japan and NewZeland, end of Osama Bin Laden!!!!...What about end of Dawood? India-Pak, India-China, North Korea-South Korea Conflict boiling?

    Also, Mr Anna Hazare's Agitation in April 2011 for strong anti-corruption "Lokpal Bill" and Now we have Baba Ramdev satyagrah on black money and corruption boiling up...truly a lot is happening this year! So how do you see Ramdev Baba's agitation going forward, specially in the light of govt crackdown and forceful eviction?
